Over the past few weeks, I've been making a slide deck for my current project, Kazzly. I'm trying to have it be extra shiny and spiffy (read: well designed) and very easy to follow (think Apple style, only a few words per slide).

What I expected to take an afternoon or two has taken hours, gone through countless revisions and reviews by multiple people. So, I wanted to ask what people think about slide decks. How do you make them? Who do you show them to? Do you consider it a primary marketing device or do you only use it when you're standing in front of people?
