The 2012 Teens in Tech Conference on August 9th went off well, with hundreds of teenagers both in person and online being inspired by the youth speaking on stage. However, if you unfortunately missed the conference and the live stream, you are still in luck. We finally have video of the conference, separated into ten parts, that we will highlight this week. Stay tuned all week to catch what you missed from this year’s Teens in Tech Conference.

The final two aspects of the Teens in Tech Conference 2012 we have in video this week are the OnStar demos and the incubator presentations. Let’s begin with the incubator teams. As you know, Teens in Tech’s Incubator allows selected teens from all of the country to build their startups in an encouraging and stimulating environment. After two months of hard work, the teams were able to present and they did great! But you’ll have to see for yourself just how amazing they all were.
After the teams presented, we were able to learn a bit more about who OnStar, the GPS pioneers, really are and what they have been up to for the past 16 years and even today. OnStar’s chief technologist, Sanjay Khunger, and OnStar intern Shayna Simon then brought the attendees outside to check out the Chevy Volt 4G and what OnStar can offer to this car outside of GPS directions.
Watch to find out more about OnStar and how their API can allow you to enjoy some of OnStar’s technology in your next project.
