In a world of abundant task managers, finding the best one that works for both you and your company is a pretty difficult task. Sure, paper always works but that is a thing in the past. Flow is a new task manager currently only available in a web format. Flow is feature rich, allowing for company, tag, and people organization. Flow is currently available in a limited beta.
We’ve been using Flow for a couple of days here at Teens in Tech to manage our duties. When first creating our Flow accounts we setup a Teens in Tech project and invited our whole company into it. Now we can easily create tasks that need to be done, and we can easily assign them to certain people in our company. Don’t tell Daniel this, but I’ve actually added a personal folder to hopefully delegate me between Teens in Tech work. That’s the wonder of Flow – the ability to easily organize work and play.
Currently, Flow is only available as a web app, and we must say we don’t mind. A task manager we can check every few hours helps us feel less stressed about our duties, so we can get more work done. There are also limited email notifications, but Flow says this will change over time. We can see a Flow iPhone app being pretty useful, but hey, as we said we don’t mind a web app.
Other features that Flow has is the ability to delegate tasks and comment on tasks. This makes a social interaction that we feel no other task manager can match.
Combining a wonderful UI and a feature rich web app we can only see Flow growing bigger. If you and your company need better orginization we really suggest you sign up for the Flow beta. In the mean time check out the screenshots below.
